Plans:
Sookshma Udyam Suraksha: For sum insured amounts up to Rs 5 Crores.
Laghu Udyam Suraksha: For sum insured amounts between Rs 5-50 Crores.
Standard Fire Special Peril (SFSP): For sum insured amounts exceeding Rs 50 Crores.
Benefits:
Fire insurance covers loss or damage due to fire, fermentation, natural heating, or spontaneous combustion.
Property insurance covers plant and machinery, stock of goods, and other business-related assets.
Implosion and explosion damage is covered.
Natural calamities like earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms, cyclones, typhoons, etc., are included.
Loss or damage due to malicious acts, riots, and strikes is covered under burglary insurance.
Terrorism is covered as per the policy’s attached clause.
Up to 15% of underinsurance is waived.
Theft cover is provided within 7 days (subject to document submission) after an insured peril event.
Damage from bursting and overflowing water tanks, pipes, and apparatus is covered under building insurance.
